I was happy with hotel's perfect and magnificent location to rent a car to drive the 1-mile to the top of ancient thira or take the shuttle that is available about 400 metres from the base of the curvy road leading up to the ruins. Loved the a nice size and spotless room. A bathtub was fine and everything was exceptional. The pool was very clean and I had carbonated drinks in the poolside bar. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. Tbh, had a really really nice stay for 3 nights...

Expected nicer rooms, the furniture and the equipment is outdated. Wifi works very poor in the rooms.

Location is terrible. Particular if you choose the premium priced volcano view rooms. You will probably not sleep due to traffic. Volcano view - yes - but with a busy road right outside your balcony and a dump right on the other side distorting the view terribly. It needs to be said that we were given a different room without discussion.
